Participants will be encouraged to share their love of music with peers, explore different types of instruments and music, and actively participate in group performance activities. Adaptations will be made based upon skill levels of individuals. Those who wish may spend time working toward the goal of performing a song LIVE with
Ms. Maureen at the So Much to Give Inclusive Cafe at some point in the future. Many sessions will include special guests who will assist, perform, and/or lead special activities.

Participants will develop their creative expression while utilizing different mediums and applying the various techniques that will be taught in a manner which reflects their own unique abilities. Projects will be "make & take" and may also include group projects and activities.

Attendees will spend the first part of class listening to music and working on choice activities with friends such as doing puzzles, coloring, building with blocks, and more in a highly relaxed environment. The second part of class will consist of a group sing-a-long where participants can dance, sing, play instruments, or just enjoy the music and social interaction!

Participants will enjoy an ever-changing array of music, movement activities, and crafts centered around the seasons and holidays throughout the year. Friendship-building, a sense of community, and engagement with peers will be focused upon throughout each class.
Vocation Station

Participants will practice a variety of independent living and vocational skills by engaging in a series of learning stations consisting of task-oriented activities. Sample activities will include folding laundry, rolling silverware, sorting objects, peeling and cutting vegetables, and completing various tasks to assist local businesses, including the So Much to Give Inclusive Cafe located just across the parking lot.
